🎉 Print Release with Fishbone! 🎉
In celebration of Fishbone’s incredible 40 year career in music, we decided to throw a party! 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Over the course of the last month, I have been painting a massive 6 ft by 16 ft painting to honor Fishbone’s legacy. Additionally, I made a phone call to my friends at Fall Brewery in San Diego and asked them if they would like to host a party and celebrate with a fresh new IPA named Party At Ground Zero.. Of course they said YES! They were more than excited to celebrate Fishbone with us and the rest of San Diego.
But one thing was still missing.. Fishbone!
So, we called them up and asked them to come and they also said YES! 🤯
So it is now the OFFICIAL Party at Ground Zero at Fall Brewing Company! Come celebrate with us this Friday August 5th at 6pm. Fall will be releasing Party At Ground Zero West Coast IPA and Josh and I will both be there with 4 original members of Fishbone.. RAD! ❤️
The large canvas will be on view at Fall Brewing for the Print Release!
Here are a few progress pics taken while I was painting the large canvas. I decided to honor Fishbone by giving them the same treatment I did for the BossToneS, painting a large landscape canvas that includes some of the best moments of their career.
The print version of this painting will be available at the party on Aug 5th starting at 6PM. The remaining prints will go on sale online the following day, Saturday Aug 6th at 10AM PST. Here are some print details:
Print measures 17” x 42” (including borders) - printed on fine art matte paper with an edition size TBD. As always, we are keeping the cost of the print as low as possible - Prints cost $60 ea and will be sold first come first serve with a maximum of three prints per customer.
Heads up regarding the beer Fall brewed and canned for the party - it won’t be available for shipping, so if you live in San Diego come by and enjoy a pint!
Some additional art will be available at the show including some rad custom painted beer can art pieces and a few SOLD OUT Nan x Angelo Moore prints.
So come join us at Fall Brewing Company this Friday Aug 5th at 6pm. I will be signing prints in person with members of Fishbone. And if it isn’t clear.. this is a print signing and beer release party… Fishbone will NOT being playing a set.
